Thank you for your interest in the Illinois Beach Resort
& Conference Center!
We are a 92 room full service resort, nestled along the
coastline of Lake Michigan on 4,100 acres of natural beauty in
a protected state park, the Illinois Beach Resort and
Conference Center will sweep you away from the hustle and
bustle of metropolitan life and into a scenic paradise.
Our rates vary according to room type and availability. We
are looking forward to hearing from you, please give
us a call if you have any questions or would like to make
a reservation!
Lake View Suite: These rooms include a king bed, separate
living room with sofa, a lake view and balcony. Also included in
the rooms are a refrigerator, microwave, large bathroom, and Jacuzzi jets in the tub!
Lake View Balcony: A king bed, lake view and a walk out balcony are included in this room type.
 Lake View Doubles: These rooms have two queen beds or a king and a view of Lake Michigan and the shoreline!
Park View Doubles: Two queen beds and a view of the beautiful state park are included in these rooms.
Standard Doubles: Two queen beds, includes a coffee maker and a blow dryer with no guaranteed view. A great choice for an economical family weekend getaway!
Amenities
Wireless internet is available in our lobby area and most of our rooms  complimentary. Blow dryers are located in each room. Refrigerators and rollaway beds may be requested based on availability.
Our large indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and health club are available for our guests. Be sure to ask about yoga, water aerobics and cardio kick-boxing classes! Resort guests also have 24-hour access to the beach.
 We have the Lakeside Dining Room and Sandpiper Lounge that are open to the public, and reservations are accepted. Make sure to ask about our famous holiday brunches!

Please note, these are our standard, published rack rates. Rates may vary and are subject to changes based on availability and demand. Weekday refers to Sunday-Thursday; Weekend referst to Friday and Saturdays.

Lodging Policies
Check in Time is at 3:00pm, Check Out is at 12:00pm.
Due to high demand, a 2 night minimum stay may be required on weekends, especially during summer months, Holidays, and Premium Dates. Please inquire with our Front Desk staff.
 Got an extra person along? Rollaway Beds are available at a cost of $10.00 per night. A limited number of cribs are available at no cost and a first come, first serve basis.
Refrigerators are available at $3 per night.
We welcome service animals, but the Resort strictly enforces a no-pet policy in all guestrooms.
A limited number of smoking rooms are available. Please ask for this at the time of your reservation. Any guests deemed to have smoked in a non-smoking designated room will be subject to a $100 cleaning /restoration fee.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. No penalty for guests who cancel reservation outside of 72 hour window prior to stay. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to reservation will result in forfeiture of the first night's room and tax.
We will make every effort to honor every request made with your reservation including bed type, location and view, however we may not be able to guarantee. All requests are noted and honored by date of reservation.
